Welcome! I'm Roy Waks, currently leading as the Director of Operations and Development at ENTER's One2One - an online educational program.

Previously, I served as the Educational Development Manager at Unistream, where I was deeply involved in designing pedagogical strategies and curriculums to nurture entrepreneurship among Israel's youth.

Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication from Shenker College of Design, I received honors in my final project, "Zionist Movement." 

My commitment to design and education extends through my participation in performance research groups and as a research assistant at the Hebrew University. I have also practiced design thinking in various roles, from teaching assistant at Seminar Hakibbutzim College to curating workshops and events that foster cultural exchange at the Abraham Hostel in Jerusalem.
